Its gives you poor matches
Its gives you poor matches and doesn’t give you the chance to search. You just have to accept what matches they give you. From the start, the autorenew facility is switched on and no warning is given in advance so it automatically renews after 6 months and there is no right to cancel. The first thing I would so is go in and turn off autorenew. Saying that, there are better sites that do allow you to search.

Does anyone know how you complain to this site higher senior management?? There are continuously taking money from my account on random occasions without my authorisation using my bank details stored. I have to continuously remove them. I cancelled auto renewal in March. They took automatic renewal in May and will only refund half the money. They are a con. I did not authorize a payment in May as I’d cancelled 2 months earlier. Also matches were in accurate and very few. Terrible service. Don’t use them.

Zoosk is garbage! I am deluged with telemarketing spam, both phone calls, text and emails. People join thus site to actively seek out numbers to sell to telemarketing companies.Many of the profiles are fake. They dont remove cancelled profile. Almost half the profiles are not legitimate. They auto renewed my membership even after I cancelled auyorew. They even added the $24 upgrade to the auto renewal even though I did not request it. Thankfully my credit card company fought them on my behalf. Just not worth the hassle to deal with them. Good luck to the half the people that are real on the site.
