Can’t delete your profile
DO not use this site. First time I have ever used one of these sites. I wonder if it’s all a scam. There is no contact number for customer service. I joined for 6 months. Then at a minute past midnight after the 6 month deadline, they tried to take 227 euro for a year’s fee without any warning. Fortunately my bank stopped it. It prevents you cancelling your subscription on the site even though there is a cancel button. It suggests you use a contact form – couldn’t find one and you can’t delete your profile without contacting customer service. Of course nobody has been on dates under the current circumstances so we should really be getting a refund but these guys are just scammers.

Scammers
Scammers. I bought a 24 hours boost and I am still being charged even after deleting the account and the app. They show different ways of canceling the subscription(which should be cancel by default if it is a 24 hours boost) but none of those ways work. E-mailing them solves nothing. Stay away from this so called “free dating app”!!!

It is a complete waste of time
I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

This site is totally appalling, unless your a paid member you can’t see anyone’s profile pictures, they charge nearly £100 just for 1 months membership and the 3 months & 6 months membership are just as expensive. Membership costs are a rip off and not worth it. They offer rubbish discounts and don’t have any offers, it’s just terrible and disappointing. Major improvements need to be made to make this site appealing and they need to stop charging extortionate membership fees.

Since joining this site several months ago, I have chatted with 6 or 7 women. One really stood out, so I concentrated my time on her. After awhile, she started to say she loved me and wanted to be with me. She also said she owned her own business and spent a lot of time traveling. She also claimed she was 24 yrs old and still a virgin. Really? Anyway, I finally spent enough credits to ask for her personal contact information. Surprise!!! She refused to release that information. As I look back on it there were other inconsistencies in her messages. The lastest being that she had no mother yet not very many days ago she told me her mother was in the hospital and in a coma. This finally made me decide that this site is a total scam. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. The owners of this site should be put in jail and made to pay back everyone who paid good money to chat with these fake women.
