Very poor quality matches and locked into contracts . I’ve never had a dating app refuse to cancel your subscription when you are not happy with their service. They’re custom service is appalling and just an tells you to “ widen your search area “ . I would not advise anyone to use this service. You are wasting your money and time .

This dating site auto renewed my subscription to a 12 month subscription with out confirmation costing me $716. This dating site is a money making scam. Be very careful and I am struggling to get my money back

Unable to cancel contact, thought I was paying month to month, however they refused to let me cancel within a few days. I emailed them and they agreed to cancel however then a month later I noticed that they were still taking out payments. Now they are demanding $250. besides the monitory aspect of this app, it is a very poor quality app it works not very well with messaging, it’s buggy, the selection of people is very poor as it doesn’t have a widely used platform. Being a 26-year-old male there was only around six people my age in the platform and I live in a busy and populous suburb and part of New South Wales. I have sent multiple emails explaining this however they are not interested. This bunch of con artist work by their marketing on television and on social media, however it is a very poor platform to look for a relationship much more recommended would be a platform like hinge. Especially for younger adults.

Met a guy who I thought was really special. Took some personal information from me and than tried to scam me for money to the tune of £4,000. Have reported to police. Its clearly have no vetting system. The personal support I received when reporting the scam was diabolical. No support or empathy.

A total rip-off and a great waste of time.

This dating site is not a safe place to find a partner, date, or anyone else.

The staff seem totally unable to control the scammers and scammers. If zero stars were an option; this is the evaluation I would give.

This site is FULL of scammers and scammers. I can’t even count how many scam messages I have received. The only reason I haven’t deleted my account yet is because I undertake to report every scam / fraud message I receive.

Never pay for a subscription or you will regret it!

Once they have your money, they don’t care. If you want a dating site, don’t go to this site.
